The plan is as follows.

① Minimum amount of interstellar energy extraction from mining profits will be 50 META per time. (Dynamically adapted based on $META price)
② Maximum amount of interstellar energy extraction from mining profits will be 500 META per time. (Dynamically adapted based on $META price)
③ You can only initiate one request for extraction per day.
